Theo
Williams, President-Kingston, Jamaica. Theo graduated from Bethel College
in Mishawaka, Indiana with an AA Degree in Journalism and BA in Communications and
from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Urban Ministry. He was an
original member of Bethel's Discipleship and Reconciliation intentional community,
The House of Higher Learning (HHL). He has been led to minister in the inner cities
of the U. S., as well as abroad. He has spoken at numerous conferences, colleges
and churches on the topic of reconciliation and tries to live it out on a daily basis.
Theo currently lives in Kingston, Jamaica where he ministers with his wife Nicole. They serve with RENEWED Ministries, a ministry that focuses on developing mentoring relationships with youth.

Eon Johnson, Chairman of the Board-Chicago, Illinois. Eon
was born into and raised in a multi-ethnic family and has been actively involved
in racial reconciliation since his relationship with Jesus Christ began in 1995.
He was a part of the historic group of students that started the HHL. He once served
as its coordinator and is now an advisor for the program. He has committed to continually
engage in this process within his own life. For the last 6 years he has served as
a minority recruiter for two different Christian colleges. This has allowed him to
promote higher education in African American and Latino communities while at the
same time helping these campuses achieve diversity and reconciliation. He currently
resides in Chicago, Illinois and works at Northpark University.

Ryan Flemming-Gary Indiana. Ryan graduated from
Bethel College in 1997 with a BA in Christian Ministries. The following year he became
the Coordinator for the HHL at Bethel. Soon after that, he became an urban missionary
with the Missionary Church. He is
married to a Dominican princess named Johanna, who joins him in his ministry. After
serving several years as an
associate and youth pastor with Living Waters Church, Ryan and Johanna are planting The Revolution, a church reaching out to the hip-hop community. In addition to his ministry
in the pulpit, he is also a DJ with the Hip Hop collective, the Wax Musim.

Angelica (Angie) Wilshire-Somerville, Massachusetts. Angie graduated from Boston College , receiving a BS in Business, focusing in Human Resource Management. Angie is currently finishing up her Masters of Arts in Urban Ministry at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. In 2003, Angie began working as the Director of Multicultural Affairs and Spiritual Programming/International Student Advisor at Pine Manor College. With this job she learned of her call to a ministry in a multicultural context, a call that surprised her. Angie is now working as the Administration Manager at Applied Evaluation Systems, the consulting enterprise of the Emmanuel Gospel Center. EGC is dedicated to the vitality of urban churches and their communities. Angie enjoys singing, writing and having one-on-one conversations with various individuals.
John Runyon-Lynn, Massachusetts. John grew up
as a Missionary Kid in the Dominican Republic. While attending Bethel College, he
became involved in the House of Higher Learning, an intentional covenant community
committed to addressing racism and cross-cultural issues. After college, he moved
to Massachusetts and enrolled in Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary for his M.Div.
and Th.M. degrees. While in school, he also served as an associate pastor in a Brazilian
church in Boston. In March 2000, John came on staff at the Center for Urban Ministerial
Education, Gordon-Conwell's Boston campus where he serves as Associate Director for Enrollment Management and also as adjunct professor
in the Spanish and Portuguese languages. He currently resides in Lynn, where he and
his Brazilian wife Eliana are Lead Pastors of One Voice, a multicultural church plant
in that city. John recently
